Office Team is seeking an Office Assistant for a faced-paced client located on the West side of Tucson. The qualified Office Assistant must have 2+ years experience and is comfortable greeting the public, always greeting with a smile. Some of the essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer 3 line phone: each line with in 3 rings, fielding all calls
Customer service: price availability quotes, order tracking delivery status
Take orders from customers by phone, fax or email and enter into computer system
Monitor new orders vs. product stock availability
Basic technical support for product selection
Invoicing orders under direction and printing / collating
Processing credit card order payments daily report
Create PDF of credit card order invoices for emailing
Help to inspect shipping picked orders for correctness
Check UPS Daily Shipment Report for correctness before pick up
Email Credit Card receipts tracking info to customers at end of day
Filing completed orders
Process requests for credit terms applications follow up
Credit terms applications, run Experian reports
Aged A/R monitoring follow-up
Ability to work as a member of a team
