Community Health Systems Customer Service Supervisor in Tucson, Arizona
The Tucson Shared Service Center is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to supervises customer service representatives in a healthcare business office setting.
This position is responsible for coordinates activities and schedules work assignments of staff to meet deadlines.
The sucessfull candidate must be familiar with a variety of the concepts practices in a healthcare business office setting.
Must be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
High School/ GED required. Associates or Bachelor s Degree in related area highly preferred
Four years experience in a healthcare setting, and one year of supervisory experience. Education may be substituted for experience on a year by year basis.
