The Airborne Systems Business Office has an immediate and exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst. Airborne Systems consists of the Stinger and TALON Laser Guided Rocket (LGR) programs under Land Warfare Systems. Due to the multi-contract/customer nature of the programs, the ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and allocate resources in a challenging, fast paced, deadline driven environment. This entry level position will support the daily business and financial activities of cost and schedule control and analysis, earned value management, Estimate-at-Completes (EAC) and budget preparation, project setup and charge number management. The selected candidate will collect and report data, analyze data for financial accuracy and trends, and prepare internal and external reports. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5-Year and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) forecasting. Ability to partner with other functions and flexibility to meet business expectations is needed. As part of this opportunity, candidates will be part of a 3 month onboarding program providing exposure to various areas of Finance. Successful completion of this onboarding program will be critical to a candidate's long term success in the RMS Finance organization.
