Program Execution and Compliance EVMS Principal Cost & Schedule Control Missile System’s Program Management Excellence organization is seeking an individual to join its team in our Program Execution and Compliance/ Earned Value Management Department as a Product Line EVM Tier III (EVM Focal). This role is the primary interface for program EVM implementation compliance and guidance, and is a critical element of Missile Systems’ “Best in Class” EVM Systems and Implementation. The selected candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills coupled with considerable EVM experience throughout the program life cycle which includes but is not limited to policy and procedure enforcement, training development and facilitation, Agile in an EVM environment, Integrated Baseline Review implementation support and guidance, Subcontractor Integration, Integrated Master Schedule development and maintenance techniques, and EVMS surveillance efforts. Effective communication across all levels of the business (Functional Organizations, Product Lines, and Senior Management, Program Management, and Government counterparts) is required. A strong desire to foster relationships that improve execution implementation is critical. Some travel may be required Key Job Functions: Lead EVM implementation and compliance activities for Product Line(s) Prepare teams for all EVM events (IBR, surveillance, etc.) Provide closed loop feedback to program teams regarding options for compliant implementation Review RFP/RFQ bid language for EVM implications; make recommendations for revisions Ensure program leadership and front line teams understand how to meet the intent of compliant EVM implementation through presentation of training materials Required Skills: 6 years of experience in Finance/Business; Scheduling; Program/Project Management; Earned Value Management or a combination of the above Proficient in the analytical and interpretive techniques to assess EVM compliance, materiality, and intent of process implementation Strong knowledge of EVM reporting requirements such as the Data Item Descriptions for Contract Performance Report(CPR), Integrated Master Schedule(IMS), and Integrated Program Management Report(IPMR) Strong analytical and problem solving skills Desired Skills: Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Ability to work well under pressure with both internal and external customers Experience with Agile implementation and methodology Experience applying EVMS policies, procedures, and intent across the enterprise in multiple contractual scenarios Demonstrated understanding of the 32 EIA-748 EVMS Guidelines, Raytheon EVMS Process Description Manual 10255, and the EVM Procedures / EVM Policy Instructions Knowledgeable of full suite of EVMS tools and their application (APEX EV, M*PM, PMX Tool Suite, wInsight, PRISM EV, etc) Familiar with IMS development and maintenance tools and techniques Current Raytheon EVM Certification or Industry equivalent Ability to effectively interact and influence across enterprise-wide network/resources for information Expert in Program Proposal, IBR, Base-lining and Execution Processes to include Subcontractor Integration in an EVM environment Required Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Bachelor's degree combined with years of professional experience in the related field. 110660
