Program Security Representative (PSR) The individual selected for this position will serve as a Program Security Representative (PSR) and will report directly to the Product Line Security Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring classified and company sensitive information is handled and safeguarded in accordance with government and company policies and procedures. This position will conduct self-audits of classified containers, closed areas, restricted areas, information systems, and general employee work areas. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Consult and provide solutions to employees concerning the handling, storing, and maintaining of records, and for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted records, buildings, and materials. Direct security measures necessary for implementing applicable requirements of the NISPOM and related government directives and represent RMS security at all applicable program meetings and functions. Assist in the investigation of security violations and prepare reports specifying corrective action to be taken, and detailing procedures to deter future occurrences. Interact with senior RMS directors and program managers, US Government customers-- including the DSS, and international partners on significant matters often requiring coordination and collaboration between organizations to include licensing, agreements, vulnerabilities, transmission / transportation plans, protection requirements, and high level large visits for both domestic and international visitors. Conduct security education/awareness briefings. Participate in other duties as assigned by Global Security Services (GSS) management. This position can be an Industrial Security Specialist II – G07 or a Senior Industrial Security Specialist – G08, based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position. Required Skills, Experience & Education: Industrial Security Specialist II - 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role with a related Bachelor’s degree required Senior Industrial Security Specialis t - 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role with a related Bachelor’s degree required U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position requires a minimum of a current, final Secret security clearance. A current investigation is defined as an investigation not older than five years. This role may also need to obtain a final Top Secret clearance, when necessary. Basic knowledge of the NISPOM Desired Skills, Experience & Education: Preferred majors in Business Management, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) ISP or other security-related certification Good working knowledge of the NISPOM and Raytheon Security requirements Demonstrated ability to work successfully with government and business leaders Experience with Access Commander, Perspective, or other investigative reporting tools Completed training courses offered by DSS CDSE in the Security arena Experience working extended hours, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated success in working with people of diverse backgrounds, is approachable and able to integrate themselves into the environment Ability to anticipate problems, communicate and collaborate solutions Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, comfortable with any audience Security Clearance: This position requires the successful issuance, transfer or maintenance of a Secret security Clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
